Once Hart is gone, Jackson collapses back against the nearest wall and slides down to sit on the floor, exhaling a shaky breath. He says nothing, isn't sure what to say, but his mind is racing with all the implications of Hart's appearance here. The feds know exactly where he is -- how could they possibly know? -- and they're sending Time Agents after him. How many have they sent? How long has this been going on? He wants to ask, he needs to ask, but he can't manage to get his mouth to form the right words for it.
