Jackson does think it's very barbaric to have a needle shoved into his arm and given a blood transfusion, but he really isn't in a position to argue much of anything. (Besides, he's decided that he trust both Josh and Dr. McCoy, so if they say it's necessary, then Jackson can only begrudgingly agree to it.)
